The dasher was kind enough to wait but she explained there was no one in store so a wait of almost 2 hours is ridiculous. Seems like they forgot to make the order or they just didn't want to do it. Long wait and they don't add bacon to the egg sandwich which was extra $ as well. For a Colombian restaurant the food has been consistently bland and overly greasy. There are better Colombian restaurants with better quality food and much quicker service."

"I absolutely love this restaurant and have eaten here many times. I've also ordered takeout directly from them before, and the food has always been excellent. This was my first time ordering through DoorDash, and unfortunately the experience was very different from what I'm used to.
The food arrived packed all together in a single container, with no utensils, no sauces, and none of the extras they normally provide, even with regular takeout orders. The food itself was still delicious, but the packaging and attention to detail were disappointing compared to the great service I've always received in the past.
I'm not sure if this was because the order was placed through DoorDash, but I hope future delivery orders receive the same care and quality that this restaurant is known for. I'll definitely continue to support them because I truly enjoy their food."
