"First of all kudos for the sealing of the food, everything was wrapped up well and stapled shut. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was so good, not too sweet and not too bitter. "I ordered Burnt Ends, O.G. 'OG' Fries, Jalap Cheddar Cornbread Muffinseno & POG Mocktail. I'd like to preface by stating it's probably best to review at the restaurant when everything is fresh lol. So the burnt ends were seasoned well but dry, making it tough to chew. The serving size was good for the price and came with like an au juice type of sauce and fried onion strings (which were tasty but should definitely but eaten when freshly fried).
The OG fries were good but there was too much clumped up garlic in the same spots. These are probably better to eat in-house as well but tasty. These Jalaprno cornbread muffin was amazing!! Wish I had some chili to go with it. And the POG mocktail (Passion fruit, Orange, Guava) was really refreshing. I gave it three stars because although the burnt ends were well seasoned, they were just too hard to consume and the clumps of garlic in the fries proved to be overpowering even they they tasted good, you can only eat so many unless you're a die hard garlic fan.
I would try this again but directly at the restaurant to see if perhaps the food just doesn't travel well."

"I ordered the buy one get one free Huevos Rancheros. I enjoy Huevos Rancheros, and it seemed like a good deal. However, it was not Huevos Rancheros and was not a good deal. Huevos Rancheros is usually corn tortillas fried or baked topped with eggs, melted cheese, (sometimes) beans, ranchero sauce, sour cream & salsa and guacamole if you want it (I don't), usually served with beans, rice, and tortilla chips.
This food was in a to go box, with a small plop of beans, a small plop of rice, some eggs, some lettuce, all separated, with a small container of ranchero sauce, plus warm tortillas wrapped in foil. No cheese, no sour cream. The eggs were scrambled, per my request, but they were overcooked and brown. I basically had make it yourself breakfast tacos. The food didn't taste bad. It just was not what was ordered.
The food was not such a great deal, either. It was the equivalent of buy one, split it into two boxes. What I'm saying is it was two boxes of food that were equivalent to one regular meal.
The Mexican Churros were good, but expensive. They included a small container of vanilla ice cream, which was nice, but it was inside the container with the warm churros, so it was completely liquified.
Utensils and napkins not included. 2.5 stars out of 5 (3.5 stars for the churros and 1 star for the Huevos Rancheros)."
