Ordered a side of roasted veggies because asparagus was requested to be removed from one entree, which they did, but they substituted roasted veggies, so the side order was redundant. Didn't know that would be done as there is no indication of that when placing order, and they do not allow any special instructions. The soda was completely watered down by melted ice, because, again, cannot add instructions for no ice. Fries were soggy since container had no vents. But...delivery was right on time and order was accurate. "

"We got the 12 Piece Family Meal mixed grill and fried. The chicken was moist and well seasoned but, the fried chicken wasnt fried all the way through so it was mushy on some pieces.
