"I used to order from here all the time. At least 2-3 times a month. Today almost all the red salsa was spilled in the bag. They really need to secure the salsa better. They used to offer substitute but now they only give you fries that are both burnt and half frozen. Even the Aguas Naturales horchata is smaller it went from a large cup to a medium size but same price. The Gorditas Con Arroz Y Frijoles meat was greasy and some pieces were dry. My favorite restaurant is no longer good. It's sad but I blame inflation. The Chips & Pico DeGallo is the same so not all bad."

She was out of beef patties but replaced with delicious curry chicken Patties and even sent some very good plantain pastries. The communication and customer service was phenomenal.
