"something was off with the queso...not sure if it was old or lacking flavor. the tortillas were great, homemade and cooked fresh. flautas were the same situation as the queso...it didn't taste rancid or anything like that but maybe an off day because it wasn't very flavorful. beef fajita quesadillas was the star. that beef was amazing. green salsa, loved it. beans, eh, just okay but super hot which was nice. rice was okay too. will be back to get more of that beef fajita and try other new things!
