It came with a tiny piece of steak and the rest of the meat was ground beef. First time I've had or seen ground beef in this dish. Also the the little piece of avocado that came with it was brown. The beans, rice, chorizo, chicharrón, and sweet plantain were delicious. I gave it only four stars based on the entire order and the price for the additional two items I ordered (a poor tasting flan, and ONE piece of cheesy bread). "

The shrimp came on the side and were overcooked, rubbery and only a hint of season.The coffee was the best part as I couldn't eat the food because of the smell. I am not from Texas but definitely southern born and bred and this dish was not made with any love or care and did not embody the comfort food taste or presentation I was craving.
