"Laying it down for yall. This is amazing. You bite into the General Tsos Chicken 左宗棠鸡🌶️(午) and it's actually chicken! I'm glad this place doesn't use a ton of flour or oil either. Spicy is mild/medium and doesn't hurt my tongue.
The chili oil wontons are good, flavorful, and full of meat. The wonton skin is kind of thick and mushy, but honestly the sauce makes up for it.

"This is the best rendition of a crab rangoon I've ever had. I am very serious about rangoons. These are so fresh, you are one fry away from the hands that wrapped the cream and crab. Ridiculously bright. Crispy as hell. This is my second time trying these-just as perfect. You get 3 lovely servings. They are large. And of course, it comes with a swest chili dipping sauce. Now, the chow mein. I got chicken. Very delicous, very fresh, flavor is there. The noodles? Lovely. Silky. Chewy. Will I order these again? Beef Ribs & Daikon In Clear Broth Noodle Soup 清汤牛腩拉面 was super delicious. I got mine with the flat noodles and my partner got the regular noodles. The broth was really nice and everything tasted good. I do wish there was more daikon and bok choy, but it was fine as is. I also added a little bit of chili oil which took it to the next level. Today I finished the rest of my soup with grilled cheese and it was the perfect sacrilegious combo. 😂

"The 3. 🔥NEW🔥钟水饺 Szechuan Dumpling（10） (Pork Dumpling with Napa Cabbage) sum were not spicy at all, and was missing that chewy texture and was slightly soggy. The sauce they were in was more of regular mild vinegar soy flavor just topped with a little chili oil. The filling was proportionate to the size of dumpling however they lacked flavor and could have used some salt or msg. The 2. Chicken Wings were not tender and was hard to get off the bone and the skin was almost inedible and could benefit from a longer cook time or prior marinating/tenderizing. The way that it was packaged did not allow the steam to vent which made the crispy skin soggy. They were also flavorless by themselves. The onion, garlic and jalapeño topping was the only thing that saved this dish. Unfortunately I will not be ordering again."
