Not expecting anything, I was pleasantly surprised that they packed the dessert in a plastic bag with a good amount of ice to keep it frozen and it did keep the bungsoo frozen. See attached photo. The Mango Coconut Bingsoo also tasted amazing. I didn't know it had mango ice cream on top which was a quite a treat. I also ordered the very fruity tea and that one was also great!
