I understand mistakes occur but this comes off as a Friday night carelessness and rush job. This is my first time ordering delivery and I am open to providing another opportunity."

"I haven't had a better French Dip in a long long time. Meat slices were perfect size, the au jus was perfect, I would have preferred more cheese on the sandwich, but it was still very good.
The onion rings were huge and well battered. I'm not sure what, if any, seasoning is in the batter, but something about them was just delicious.
