"First I want to say that. Doordash website went down after I placed my order so I was fortunate that I ordered mine before it. I called Jamrock and spoke to Karen and she was wonderful. I really wanted my food because its so good. She worked with me because I asked if she could hold my food until we had an update. Ive always had great food and service from them. It was not tender, the gravy was overly sweet vs savory and overall taste was perhaps the worst oxtail that I have ever eaten. I also tried theirs shrimp Pattie...which was 6.75 that too was not very tasty. The rice and the vegetables were ok. They have a picture of rum cake but it says rock cake. I ordered a slice to see if it was actually rum cake or rock cake. Ps it was rock cake which is almost a cookie texture so there is an error on their website. I received two larger pieces of oxtail along with two much smaller pieces that were mostly bone.
