This was a problem, as I am vegetarian. Despite this, the 1. Pad thai was delicious after I had removed the chicken! The 9.red curry was exceptionally spicy and delicious.
Mama's could benefit from clarifying their menu options on Doordash by making the protein choices more clear. For dishes that traditionally include a specific protein, that's understandable to not offer options. I would love for a specified tofu option to indicate that the dish should be vegetarian.
Issues aside, Mama's is so, so good. I'll be ordering again for sure! It's great to have a Thai restaurant that really means it when they say it's spicy."
"I had the 1.spicy basil (Pad Kra Pow) which had sliced meat instead of ground meat. I personally think this dish excels and is original when it's ground meat, rather than sliced meat. It was not spicy at all. Portion was good but not worth $25.
I also ordered the Lao style 3. Papaya salad and it was mediocre. I always hear from people that this place has good papaya salad but I was extremely disappointed. No touch of spicy in it. All I tasted was the crab paste. No tamarind, no spice, no sour. This dish is supposed to be a marriage of spicy, sour, sweet and salty all at once."

"Ever since I've tried their pho for the first time I was hooked. I'd say it's some of the best 10. Rare Steak Pho / Phở Tái in Fresno, but I haven't been to many other places. I'm from the Bay Area and everytime I go I order the same lemongrass 24. Vermicelli Noodle Grilled Pork & Eggrolls / Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò. I couldn't find anywhere in Fresno that made it like home.
Theirs is FANTASTIC. I'm actually going to out it above what I normally get at home. Crisp veggies, delicious grilled pork and a generous portion, fried shallots and peanuts. As well as the egg roll and sauce.
My #14 Kids Pho was very good sans meatballs. I've never had these type of meatballs before but for me the texture was not appetizing. I'm almost positive they were made right and delicious. I'm just particular.

If I lived in Fresno I would definitely get this as my everyday recovery meal. The bahn mis looked very delicious as well. It was a big portion. The texture is chewy, not properly thawed, and a bit aged( has fishy smell). The Kamikase roll is smaller than if you ordered it by itself and not a part of the Sushi Supreme combo. I like the pickled wasbi and horseradish packet option. The soup and salad is always a plus. The fish cuts aren't appealing, they have weird looking veins in them. I didn't finish eating them, I just threw them away. The fish here isn't worth the price. I'll keep on looking for something better."
