The dish was just an overall disappointment and I ordered this all the time this time it did not compare to anything I've had in the past possibly a new Chef? I don't know where they went wrong. Secondly the fish sandwich when I tell you, it was too very small slices of flounder and they were so thin that there was no flounder meat. I could've ordered fish sticks from the grocery store and gotten more fish. The fish was just nonexistent and so was the lettuce and tomato in the picture. Lastly, I don't know what experiment the pasta Alfredo was but seriously it looked like gravy. It was so thick when it first arrived like it wasn't even melted. It was just terrible and I threw it away! The entire meal was a huge waste of money $118 and it's gonna take me a minute to get over it. Even the biscuits which I live for were about half the size and very greasy ? Why in the world was everything so bad what is going on over there at that restaurant."

"Delicious! I LOVE pizza and can be a little picky. I've worked in a lot of pizza places from big chains to little local restaurants and I know what I like.
I really like Caliente's pizza. The dough has a well balanced flavor and is soft or crispy in the right places. The sauce is perfect; not too sweet, not too tart, well seasoned, and they put on just the right amount. Cheese is top notch; great flavor, good stretch, and not too greasy. Toppings are great quality, taste good, and seem really fresh.
My only tiny complaint might be the dough bubbles because they shift the toppings and leave "bald spots" on your pie, but as good as this pizza is, it's definitely not a deal-breaker issue. (There's a fork on a long stick specifically for popping dough bubbles, but I can see why some places wouldn't want the added step. It can be a little tedious.) "
"The Classic White Tomato Pie was probably the most delicious pizza I've had in 40 years of life. The crust was crispy on the outside and buttery soft on the inside. The tomatoes were perfectly ripe and tasted home grown. The added truffle oil was absolutely worth the upcharge, though the wonderfully garlic bites that didn't have that oil was delicious in their own right. 14/10 would recommend. "

"The Caprese Panini was packaged in aluminum foil, and then a paper wrapper, and the paper wrapper was soaked through with balsamic and leaking into the rest of the bag. The Panini itself was sopping wet. Also, the Panini is pictured with fries, but does not come with them.
As for the arugula salad, there was no arugula in it. It was entirely spinach.
Do not recommend and do not know why they have such a good rating."
