"The gumbo tastes amazing. I lived in New Orleans, and this is quite literally better than anything I remember from Louisiana. The roux in it was perfection, brown and not burned.
The sauce with the pancakes was great and the French Toast was perfect.
I loved the collard greens, they were definitely fresh and cooked perfectly crispy.
