Maybe because the ingredients are compacted into the container? If you tossed it onto a plate you would see it's a very generous portion. While I understand there are specific portions of each ingredient that are added to the bowl, there is no way that five pieces of romaine lettuce constitute a portion based on my experience of what would normally be served at the restaurant in person. I'm not quite sure what I received, but it definitely was not falafel as ordered. The inside was chewy and more like a white paste. Be careful when ordering Cava for delivery as you are definitely not going to get what you would normally get by visiting the store. Just for reference, I did take 5 or 6 bites from what's shown in the picture but normally you wouldn't even notice I had eaten any."
