"This specific dunkin that doordash orders my food from is known to be the worst dunkin in the area and Im surrounded by at least 5 different Dunkins within a 10 minute drive. I wish doordash allowed us to choose which dunkin we order from. I ordered my iced coffee with multiple syrups, sweeter, and milk and was delivered a plain black iced coffee. The ticket even has all my modifications listed and that I paid extra for, but was given black coffee. And this is not the first time they've given me awful coffee and food. The sandwich was not toasted even though I selected that option too. I am consistently disappointed in this dunkin and this is the last time I order dunkin from doordash because of the simple fact that I cant select a different dunkin that is literally a 2 minute drive from my house. I pay for extra modifications, just to be given black coffee. "We wanted to like this place, especially under new ownership, but our first experience will definitely be our last. The $19 "American Breakfast" was missing half the items, but the bigger problem is what they did send: overcooked pancakes, a giant heap of unseasoned home fries, and scrambled eggs with no discernible flavor. At that price point for what is essentially pancakes/eggs/potatoes, you expect something decent or flavorful, but it was stunningly bland. They also didn't read the notes for one item and sent another giant heap of unseasoned homefries, and somehow there was chocolate on the outside of the container for the chocolate pancakes. I'd love to know how that happened. Ultimately, it's overpriced and underdelivers. There are so many other great options in this area, and you're better off going to one of them."
