"After calling to verify that they had all items that I wanted, I ordered loaded baked Loaded Baked Potato Soup and a small Deluxe Original sandwich without lettuce (the deluxe has extra meat). Schlotzsky's sent broccoli cheese soup and an original (no extra meat) with lettuce and the bread was wet and soggy as if it had been sitting there for a while. This store is awful! I LOVE the Schlotzsky's brand, but the Kaufman store just can't seem to get it right! Doesn't matter if I go through the drive through or DD, my order is rarely correct and the bread lacks the quality that Schlotzsky's used to be known for.
I will say that I was credited $18 of the $25.83 that I paid for the wrong meal that ended up not being edible."

It's basically a size small portion put into a medium cup. 😕 I've never had this happen before to all of them, maybe one or two of them were short but not all of them. That seems like it would be hard to miss as an employee.
