I wanted to share my disappointment with my recent order. I ordered the Steak Street Tacos through Uber Eats because I don’t have a vehicle, so delivery is my only option and it makes the meal significantly more expensive.
Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not match what I paid for. One of the tacos arrived with a large piece of the outer shell missing, as if it had been broken before it was packaged. Both tacos also contained only two or three very small pieces of steak, making them look almost empty. In addition, the sour cream that should have been included was completely missing.
I understand mistakes can happen, but after paying for the food, delivery fees, service fees, and a tip, I expected my order to be prepared with care. I’ve attached photos showing exactly how the tacos arrived.
I have always enjoyed Taco Bell, so I hope you’ll review this with the restaurant and help make this right. Thank you for your time."

"bit of a mixed review. The portion size is amazing for the price, meat was cooked till perfectly tender. Steamed beans were good and the mac n cheese was creamy and flavorful, not oily like other places i have ordered from. However, my disappointment was with the Beef Patties.
