"WOW!!! This food was even better than I expected, which was a lot based on prior reviews. The location is clear across town yet our food arrived super hot and fresh. Order was carefully packaged and we received all items ordered. Everything was seasoned perfectly and packed with flavor. I had the Half Bird and it was some of the best I've ever had!! Crispy seasoned and cooked perfect. All sides were amazing, the Cake and Sauce was to die for and the Kool-Aid was even perfect. Cant recommend this spot enough. Our first time but will now be our go to for southern/soul food in lex. Do your stomach a favor and order now. You nor your wallet will be disappointed. 10/10"

"Food is great, always hot, and most of the time is really fresh. Sometimes steak is tough and overcooked. Decent portion. Comes with soup and salad with ginger and 1 or 2 yum yum cups. My biggest complaint is the packaging. Bag always has juice collecting in the bottom of the bag- so you have to clean up before you get to eat. This is the case with pickup and delivery. "
