"I normally order my pho with raw beef on the side. I like eating my pho almost hot pot style. The thinly sliced beef will cook in the hot broth. However, I was really surprised how thick the slices of beef were and how small the pieces were. They were the size of quarters. Some of the pieces were fat. It was very disappointing to receive raw beef like this and a very different experience from the authentic pho restaurants I order from. It also made me question whether the meat was safe to eat. I have never questioned the safety of the raw meat when I order raw beef on the side of my pho and I alway order my pho this way. Also, I was disappointed with the Shrimp Spring Rolls.
