Usually the store is on-point when we go in person, but when it comes to online order deliveries, sometimes the details get skipped or overlooked. When I order my iced vanilla latte online, I must physically check the whipped cream box. Therefore,which kindof milk I pick should not be the deciding factor on whether or not I get whipped cream. The deciding factor should be if I checked the Box or not. When it comes to coffee, everyone knows that if your drink doesn't taste right, it ruins the drink. Again, that being said, when I called the store to mention this mistake, they started to correct it on my next couple of orders. I just not today.

"As someone that was raised on bagels in Jersey for their entire life, THIS is as close to home as I have gotten since I moved to LA and im SO fortunate it's so close by in Burbank. I ordered my favorite poppy seed bagel lightly toasted with extra cream cheese and omG, it was like a dream come true.
