"I've tried a lot of Chinese food in the area and I'm never really satisfied but this was great! I got it express and it was very hot when it arrived. The No. 19. General Paul's Chicken is a great texture. Not super spicy but it is what I expected. The sauce does not taste artificial at all and they give a generous amount. The couple pieces of broccoli were enjoyable.
I got chicken fried rice and asked for it spicy which they actually did. It had a little bit of a smokey flavor but nothing offensive.
The egg roll was yummy and crispy.
I did not love the wonton soup broth but the two wontons themselves were okay but I wouldn't order that again.

I couldn't tell by the photo, but the Cantonese Style Vegetarian Stir-Fried Noodles were not the type of noodle I wanted, BUT it was still really delicious.
The Steamed AND Pan Fried (yes, we got both) were so flavorful.

If you're used to American Chinese food, then know that this will be much different; it's not a particularly crispy dish and the flavor profile is quite traditional. Expect it to be very heavy on the msg. I was pleased at the inclusion of Sichuan peppercorns, which add an upfront and unique dimension to this dish. The aromatics were a little overdone, but I can excuse that. The Wok Hei alone is evidence that this establishment employs highly skilled chefs. "Yum! Yum! Yum! First time ordering from here, but not the last. After having COVID and not being able taste things for awhile this place broke the spell. I had been craving Roti so I was happy to find a nice starter of Roti Canai. Then I tried Nasi Lemak for the first time and I'm totally in love with it. I prefer the sauce to be thicker....so it clings to the noodles and veggies better but it was very thin this time.
The 3. Vegetarian Spring Roll (2) are miniature, entirely too small in my opinion. A larger adult size would certainly be more enjoyable.
Overall, the taste was "good" but in previous times of having this dish it has been phenomenal. Hope it improves because it is a go to Vegetable dish in my household.
