"I'm so so sad my Masubi's x2 was burnt this time.. I get it often enough and usually it's pretty consistent but I got charred spam/sauce this time it was pretty awful. I hope next time I order Masubi's x2 it won't be a case of me peeling off chunks of charred spam just so I can eat it. The STRAWBERRY MATCHA was great I enjoyed getting jellies with it but hard to suck up jellies with the straw and the fact that it comes in a can but it was fun to eat.
Furikake Fries were really really greasy but the flavor was great. I was only able to eat a couple mouthfuls until I couldn't, it was a sticky greasy kind of fry, I probably wouldn't order again.

"For the Vanilla Crème, I ordered and paid extra for Cherry Crunch Bits on top. The store was out of these, which would normally be fine -- it's only 65¢ -- but it is no longer ok and here is why:
They put a flyer in my order to say they're out and "Please contact your delivery provider for a refund."
Apparently Starbucks won't bother with customer service for 65¢.
It is so easy to call to me, or have the driver contact me , and allow me to choose something else from that same 65¢ list...or be able to say "no, it's ok, thank you". It is clear they just won't do that. Starbucks pre printed inserts, where all they do is write what they're out of and shove it into the order. Now, I (the customer) am forced to contact Doordash to chase down my refund...which takes a LOT more time & effort, but I won't...not for 65¢.
This is all in very bad form and doesn't show well on Starbucks. As such, I will no longer return to, or order from any of your stores ever again. You lost my business."

"The Avocado Dream was surprisingly better than I expected and the coffee was incredible. I was completely baffled when Starbucks, Dutch Bros, and Kangaroo Coffee did not offer services on DoorDash and was feeling pretty defeated having to try a coffee company I hadn't tried before. I ordered my coffee with three extra shots of espresso and I could taste you actually added it. Also, I love my "candy coffee" to taste like coffee and not be too sweet and you did not disappoint! Not only was I blown away but I will be visiting your store as a priority all the time.
