It came with both yellow and green sauces, and I had ordered one more of each, just in case.
I'm not experienced in Peruvian cuisine so I could not detect the difference.
But both were tasty, being brushed directly on the meats, and on the tortillas wrapping the veggies.
The corn is on the cob, two small cobs, and was fresh and cooked just enough, crisp and juicy.
The red baby potatoes and green beans were also fresh.
I would wish they were cooked a little longer.
I had special requested butter, salt, and pepper, but none was provided.
Overall, I was satisfied.
Will order again and try the chicken saltado.
I should stop trusting beef dishes at all restaurants, especially when delivered.
My mistake.

"Ordered the Supreme Clientele Medium and the 8 Inch Pan Pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni and they were bth excellent. As a person who previously worked at an authentic Italian pizza shop, this is a place I would not only recommend but also order from again. Regarding portion size, pricing, quality, and freshness of ingredients - not a single complaint. Oh yeah, we also got the three 3 Cheese Cheezy Bread and they were on point and some of the best we've had."

"We used Door Dash for the first time and the food arrived at our hotel room door hot and deliciousff. It was pouring rain with lightening and the hostess at Anthony's had directed me to DoorDash as they had no delivery people that evening. "Pan Seared Salmon is very very good and seasoned really well. The risotto is perfect, asparagus are always nicely steamed.
I've had this several times in the restaurant, my delivery order was just as good.
The driver may have dropped my order, it was so disorganized when I opened the container. The salmon was upside down with the skin facing up. I don't believe Charred would have packed it like that."
