Many places clearly offer Small, Regular and Large options, so when a product is specifically described as “Regular Size,” customers naturally expect something larger than a small serving.
The size shown in the listing, the wording used, and the photos all influence a customer’s decision to purchase. In my case, I ordered this product specifically based on the advertised size, and what I received did not match my expectations from the listing.
As I understand it, under Australian Consumer Law, businesses should make sure that product descriptions and advertising are not misleading or likely to give customers the wrong impression. I think this is something the restaurant should review, particularly the way the portion size is described and presented.
I’ve eaten HSPs from many different restaurants, and portion size is an important part of what customers are paying for. If the portion you are selling is effectively a small size, I believe it should be advertised more clearly as such."

There was way too much sauce in the Kebab and the contents were falling out, generously stuffed but so hard to get a proper bite of everything, as it was all salad on one side and all meat on the other.
