Very disappointing as El Jannah is usually excellent. First time order was from the Malvern Road store instead of Swanston Street store - maybe this was the reason for the poor experience. A friend recently tried El Jannah and I was shocked when they told me how terrible it was, but now wondering if they purchased from this same location. Cannot recommend based on this instance, but if you know for sure your order is being fulfilled by the Swanston Street store then I would highly recommend."

"Food has always been delish from Kebab Society and had the best kebab from here before so came back for the Chicken Meat Container (was expecting the medium sized that I ordered to be a little bigger and the dips to be in separate containers but it's okay cause it's going to be gone in one sitting haha. Would appreciate a size guide on DoorDash just so we know how much of the meat we're ordering. Chips are mainly crispy and salted, (but they also included some of my favourite long and soggier Small Chips which I loveeeeee) everything was delicious and fresh <3"

The Calamari ring, crumbed Prawn & Scallop were all good - very pleasantly surprised by the freshness & plumpness of the Scallop (they can be a bit dodgy so I am always wary).
The Potato Cake was HOT - a bit oily but not greasy, so quite yummy. Crunchy batter & being cooked in fresh oil certainly made it tasty.
