Now, I know that flounder doesn't thaw well from freezing, but this was overcooked gummy. Disappointed. The gumbo, however, is an abomination against God and nature. First, this was not a roux based gumbo. I don't know what it was, but it was terribad. Also, CARROTS DO NOT BELONG IN GUMBO.
