"I liked the Fruit-Infusioned Lemon Flavor Fish Soup (Small size)/果味柠檬鱼小份 a lot. Unusual broth that was lemony-sweet in a great way. Every mouthful left a pleasantly citric-acidic-sweet aftertaste. I think it complemented the ingredients really well. Ingredients were (without add-ons): fish, napa cabbage, firm tofu, lemon slices, wide potato noodles, soybean sprouts. Would order again. Although i'm curious what the 'separate seasoning' is because i selected that option but there was no seasoning provided separately.
Pumpkin cakes were nice, great texture, good flavor, but really small. Smaller than i expected. Like easy bite sized. I've had larger and slightly better pumpkin cakes from elsewhere for cheaper. Would still order again though if i really wanted a nice side snack and didn't mind the cost."
"I previously ordered the fruit lemon broth and i like it much better than the Tomato Flavor Fish Soup (Small size)/公举番茄鱼小份. The tomato broth tastes okay but i think it could be balanced better. The flavor was kind of murky and muted, tomatoey sweet and sour but without any real acid high notes to complement and bring out the flavor. The ingredients were fine. Default ingredients are fish (whichever you ordered), napa cabbage, soy bean sprouts, firm tofu slabs, very wide potato noodles, and tomatoes of course. I like the packaging, it comes in a wide plastic bowl with a plastic lid that is cleverly and securely snapped close. Just unsnap the lid and its ready to eat.
Fried pork sausage didnt look anything like the menu photo, but it was pretty good. I'm not that much of a sausage person, i like it but seldom go out of my way to order it so i probably wouldn't order again, but if you love sausages you'd probably like this one. It's just one fat sausage cut in half."

Ma Po Tofu Pork 麻婆豆腐 because not only did the container leak super, super bad all over everything in the bag, but it also soaked my white counter top in super oily red sauce even through multiple layers of paper towels and I didn't enjoy cleaning that up at all. Pretty sure the container was busted, but I didn't check before my partner threw it away. The taste of the dish doesn't justify the mess it made.

I used to order from YGF because I liked their malatang . It was tasty and affordable. But lately, the quality has really gone downhill. "I'm 3rd generation Shanghainese from NYC and did not think I could find any quality Chinese food on the Peninsula. Then came the pandemic and we tried almost every restaurant on DoorDash. This is one of our favorites now. Their buns (fresh or steam at home frozen) are amazing. Other favorites are the MaPo tofu and sautéed green beans. If you love tea eggs/soy sauce eggs definitely order those for snacks. Delivery was quicker than expected and whoever packs the food does an excellent job (no leaking). About to order again now! "

"I have tried a handful of Chinese restaurants in the area and this place of one of the best overall. I ordered a B. Family Dinner for 2 People. Each dish was fresh and hot. The chow mein was super yummy, not bland at all. The entrees had a good amount of meat and veggies. The soup was good as well. Sometimes when you order multiple dishes there's one or two that are just kinda meh. That was not the case here, everything was delicious. I left off a star because they did forget the potsickers, no biggie for me personally. I will definitely be ordering from here again. "

"I ordered lunch via Doordash pickup and the order was ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, the restaurant was empty, but the cashier was friendly and handed me my order right away. There were a few others waiting for order pickups as well. Maybe the restaurant is more of a dinner place? Regardless, the food was very flavorful and piping hot. From the hong kong noodles (with separate container of sauce+toppings), basil chicken + shrimp, and won ton soup, everything tasted GREAT! My only nit is that the basil dish was a bit heavy on oil. Not a big deal, I enjoyed it all and also appreciate their $5 discount on $25+ orders. Will return!"
