"I love the Chicken steak Rice. This is one of my favorite go to dish to order. The chicken is so crispy and mildly spicy but you can get them medium or even spicier than that. The rice has also some ground stewed meat on top of it that adds more flavor. Also comes with some veggies and my fave, creamed corn. I wish there were more creamed corn on the side. "We ordered the Icy Grass Jelly (冰仙草) almost every week from the West Covina location. Unfortunately, the portion size is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes the cup is full, sometimes it's only about two-thirds full, and many times it's only half full.
At $8.50 plus additional fees, receiving only half a cup feels like a ripoff. We genuinely like this item, which is why we've continued ordering it, but the lack of consistency has become too frustrating. Customers should receive the same portion size every time they order.
Because of this ongoing issue, we will no longer be ordering it."
