It was phenomenal! Everything was cooked perfectly, the rice wasn't sticky or chewy but exactly the way it should be. Flavor was excellent.
If you've had lamb, you know it can be hit or miss. Not here. Every time I have had it (several times) it's melted in my mouth. The spices are well balanced, delicious but don't overpower it.

Today I took a chance and tried it again and I am shocked ( in the best way) ,the Lamb, Rice & Salad was so tender and moist I had to pace myself while eating.
