"We have a Chinese restaurant right around the corner but wanted to venture out and see if there were any others that we could add to to the roster. I filtered reviews that were 4 to 5 stars and Ralph's was one that came up. Everyone's taste buds are different and it is always a gamble to try a new place. In this case the gamble did not pay off for us. The gravy for the shrimp egg foo young was salty as was the chicken wings in garlic sauce. The rice kernels in the house special fried rice were hard and it just was not very flavorful. The egg roll wrapper had a weird taste; and if you pressed me about it I would say it did not taste fresh. The shrimp with broccoli was good. In terms of the wonton soup, the soup tasted like others I have had, but the wrapper on the wontons was very think and the meat which seemed to be less then a teaspoonful was bland. We also ordered fried chicken wings but did not try them and to be honest not sure we will. Again, these are just my opinions but I have learned a lesson. Sometimes the grass is not greener on the other side."

"Probably the best Chinese takeout I’ve ever had. The flavoring is always on point and great portion for the price.
My go to dishes is:
1. Shrimp Dumplings when you get it fried it soooo good with the dumpling sauce. Everything is homemade so the filling is just perfect.
2. Shrimp & Broccoli, the broccoli isn’t soggy even after taking it home which seems hard for most places to achieve, and the brown sauce is chef kisses.
3. General Tso Chicken, so sauce and crispy all at the same time, goes great with some fried rice
4. Chicken wings don’t know what it is but it’s the perfect crispy and tenderness with the right amount of savory without adding any sauces.
Overall, Happy Wok does a great job with the sauces and seasonings on their dishes, nothings ever too salty or bland.
This has been my spot for years and will continue to be the only takeout spot I’ll go to in this area.
