"Have ordered from this place a few times - as a sandwich fiend, I long for a good gourmet sandwich.
That being said - it's a little overpriced for how simple the sandwiches actually are. There's not a lot of complexity to the flavors, and gives the aura of a rebranded Italian deli made for the TikTok/viral media crowd. I can hear the AI generated voice now reading "come with me to the viral Italian deli in williamsburg."
You can tell they prioritize ingredients over the bread - the insides of the sandwich are fresh and tasty, but the bread can be so thin and dry that everything just wants to slide out.
The heros have been a much better value over the standard panini. It's worth throwing a couple extra bucks for what feels like a double portion.
If you have a discount or credit, it's certainly worth a try. However - I probably wouldn't pay full price."
