I truly felt like there was something different about Kin Lin. The food was warm, the chicken was perfectly sauced, the rice was fluffy. The crab Rangoon had a creamy filling with a crunchy exterior. The dumplings were soft but not soggy. The egg rolls had a perfect crisp. In items like the sweet and sour chicken and the egg rolls, the was some greasiness. But it wasn't enough to impede on the flavor. The Kin Lin Chinese restaurant is a hidden gem. I'll be back again. "
"Crab Rangoon was a little hard and lacked filling. Pork Singapore Noodles were dry. Orange Chicken was decent, but probably because of the sauce. We'll stick to our other go-to drive-thru Chinese restaurant, which is $3-4 cheaper per entree and miles better. At minimum, thank you for the experience."
