"Creo que son las mejores empanadas de Miami. "
"I just placed an order, and when I say the level of frustration we felt upon receiving it—I mean wow. What an absolute rip-off. This place is misleading, overpriced, and serves badly executed food. It’s the worst trifecta imaginable. From the moment we opened the bags, it was just a steady decline from bad to worse.
What We Ordered:
1. Birria Arepa
2. Ribeye Salteña (Empanada)
3. Lomo Saltado
Birria Arepa – Missing the Birria?
This dish literally did not come with birria. For $11, you’d think you’d at least get what’s advertised, but nope—just a small, dry, salty arepa missing its main component. We couldn’t even eat it.
Empanada – One Small Bite for $6
The online ordering photo showed two small-to-medium empanadas with tomato sauce. What did we get? One. Just one tiny empanada. It tasted decent—not the best, not the worst—but for the portion, $6 is just absurd.
Lomo Saltado – A $35 Disappointment
This dish is supposed to be made with ribeye, but what we received was barely a portion. The order came with about a cup of rice, a few pieces of steak, and exactly 4.5 fries (yes, we counted). But the real letdown? The steak was overcooked to the point of being chewy and hard. It genuinely tasted like yesterday’s leftovers drowned in sauce and passed off as fresh.
Final Verdict: A Complete Letdown
We dine out and order delivery often, and we don’t mind paying for quality food, we get that prices have gone up. But this? This was just laziness and poor execution, wrapped in an overpriced package.
Miami has so many great places serving lomo saltado, empanadas, and birria. If you’re going to charge premium prices, the food should at least meet basic expectations. Instead, we got subpar food with a side of disappointment.
Save your money and eat literally anywhere else."

"I'm pleased with my food. Kasa champêtre sometimes miss the mark but overall the food is always great. Poisson / Fish *X-Large* was well seasoned and well fried. There was 3 pieces of fried plantains I wish they added at least a couple more. Both rice tasted great and cooked well. I'm happy with the bean puree because sometimes it's either too runny or bland but today it's perfect. I appreciate the extra sauce and pikliz!

"everything was so wonderful, I ordered from them two days in a row while in Florida. the steak was seasoned, juicy, and melt in your mouth. the eggs were fluffy and flavourful. whenever I'm back in Florida, I will definitely make sure I book a room close by this location again. "The Lomo Saltado had a delicious charred flavor and was cooked perfectly. The Clásico de Toda la Vida had large tender pieces of white fish that were very fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, the Side Fried Yuca only came with four pieces. "
"Ordered the Mi Favorito ¡Y lo dice Juan! Meat was tough and not tasty at all. Not worth the price tag or the name. Ceviche was okay. Will stick to ordering from other, more consistent locations like Downtown or Dadeland."

"The portions are small, but the food has good flavor. I ordered the Ropa Vieja, and Chicharrones de Pollo and there was not a lot of food at all. The portions were very small.I also ordered the Yuca hervida and the yuca was still hard. I could barely eat it. The tostones were very thin and over-fried—I couldn’t even bite into them or chew them."

"Honestly just disgusting and disappointing. The beef wasn't seasoned properly. The arepa was so bad, dry burnt and doughy. Not anything like an arepa it looked like a pita . And they barely put any beans. The arepa came cold! So so disappointing."

"I paid $28 for what looked and tasted like a plate of leftovers.
I used to order from this restaurant all the time, but about three months ago I stopped because they repeatedly forgot to include the fried cheese and avocado in my keto plate. I decided to give them another chance, and honestly, that was the worst decision.
Once again, they forgot the fried cheese. But the food itself was absolutely terrible. The picanha looked like it had been taken from someone else’s unfinished plate—just three tiny, separate pieces, mostly fat. The pork rinds were also only three pieces, and two of them were basically pure fat with barely any meat.
I paid $28 for this. It was honestly disgusting and looked like scraps rather than a freshly prepared meal. I ended up throwing the entire order in the trash.
I requested a credit/refund through DoorDash, but they refused to provide one.
After ordering from this restaurant so many times, I’m extremely disappointed. I will never order from here again."
"I ordered both kinds of empanadas (traditional empanadas and Corn Empanadas)because I wasn't sure of the difference. The traditional ones (the ones for $5) were absolutely incredible and everything I wanted them to be!! I prefer the slightly sweet shell as opposed to the regular corn, but they were also still very good, just different. 10/10 & will be back!"
