Almost every time I order, they substitute items with whatever they have available without contacting me or asking for my approval. They seem to simply assume I will be fine with the replacement, even switching chicken for beef, without considering that a customer may have dietary restrictions or simply may not want the substituted item.
What concerns me even more is that they also adjust the amount charged, either up or down, based on the replacement they choose. Charging a customer more than the amount they originally authorized, without asking first, feels very questionable. What if I did not have additional funds available on my credit card?
It is genuinely disappointing because the food is excellent and the flavours are among the most authentic Pakistani flavours I have found in Mississauga. However, customers should always be contacted before substitutions are made, especially when changing the type of meat or increasing the amount charged. For this reason alone, I will probably not order from here again."
