My husband’s sandwich was basically two hard pieces of bread with what looked like a very thin layer of mashed meat inside—you couldn’t even see the meat unless you opened it up. His side baguette was rock hard.
The soup actually tasted good, but the portion was shockingly small for the price.
I got the half grilled cheese and it tasted like it was made with processed sliced cheese instead of actual grilled cheese quality ingredients.
What disappointed me most was the cookies. I was excited because in the past Panera cookies have always been soft and one of my favorite things there. This time every single cookie in the bag was hard and dry like a cracker.
Overall, the food quality felt really off compared to previous visits, especially for the cost. I left wishing I had asked for a refund."

So if you like your cookies underbaked than these probably won't be your jam. We liked all the flavors but the ones that stood out were the Samoa, lemon, and coconut. The chocolate chip and sugar cookies were ok, and beware that the peanut butter deluxe has chocolate on it (but if you like those flavors together than that's a good cookie for you!). All and all my family was pretty happy with our experience!"

The burger was so massive I couldn't finish it, and I just took a bite of everything else to sample it. Corn dog was mid, grilled cheese is mid, but they are super cheap so a great add on. The shake was super thick.

"I got this Kid's Meal and it was the best deal. The brioche bun was the size of their regular buns. The meat patty was a little smaller.
