"The Mocha Mochas (Hot) are delicious. That's usually all I get. I might like to try a Caramel Macchiato (Iced). My only Minor complaint is that there is a "rewards card", and if you forget to use it exactly at the transaction, they won't let you use it. I don't understand that at all. They need to bring back those punch cards. Then you have to buy 12 or 13 items just to get a free item, when most places, you buy 10 items, you get one free. It just seems a bit petty or strict and not a way to bring in New Customers.
