"I ordered the Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino® Blended Crème with 2 scoops of Raspberry Pearls; which, requires a bigger straw than the normal one they use so that the Pearls can get through the straw. Otherwise, having the Pearls in the drink is a waste of time and money and yet they have only sent the larger straw maybe twice. I don't know how to get the need for the larger straw across to them since there is nowhere to include comments in your order.
