Rice was seasoned, perfectly cooked despite other reviews, chicken was moist and tender, and lamb was not too salty, although it is the regular lamb gyro even if you might assume from the pictures for lamb kebab meat. Came with 5-6 fries, which was fine, and followed accordingly to the selected sauce requests. Just keep in mind that the mixed salad does not include lettuce or chickpeas, so might have to special request it. For info, mixed salad includes cucumber, tomato, and corn in some watery white dressing.

I used to love the Lagman, a good way to get some protein in a hearty soup that was 1 part noodles, 1 part vegetables and 1 part beef, great balance. In my most recent order of Lagman there was exactly one small piece of beef less than 1" by 1" and one small, greyish piece of fat. That's it. I looked around through the noodles and veggies for more beef, there was none. Very bummed especially when they have priced the soup at like $19! Insane rip off. Let me start off by saying, the Escovitch Whiting was fried perfectly!
The whiting is seasoned perfectly( not salty), was not overcooked at all, very much flaky and melt in your mouth!! And most importantly- IT IS NOT GREASY.
The Escovitch Whiting Meal comes with about 3 medium-sized strips of whiting, plus steamed vegetables, rice and peas plus a couple of fried plantains.
It is a good portion size for 9$, the fish tastes fantastic, the sides it comes with are always good and its an overall great lunch sized meal.
You will be full after!

The Chicken Lula Wrap is below average and not that good with bland chicken. The Chicken Kebab Wrap is unedible with a funny taste. It's hard to mess up a chicken kebab but I think this place managed to do it. They give soggy pitas and bread too, very disappointing . Wings are decent but drowsed in sauce. Side salads have very thick cut veggies making it hard to eat. I dont know how this place is still open. Disaster. "

"I was really disappointed with the chicken choila. The dish was extremely bland and tasted mostly like chili oil with very little depth of flavor. Instead of being smoky or well-seasoned like a proper choila should be, it felt like an oil-heavy plate with minimal balance. It ended up being more greasy than flavorful.
For the price, the portion and quality don’t justify the cost. I expected bold, fresh spices and char-grilled flavor, but what I got was flat and oily. I actually enjoyed my homemade meal more than this takeout.
A renowned establishment like Bajeko Sekuwa should honestly do better. The reputation sets a high expectation, and this dish didn’t come close to meeting it.
