"I'm going to be considerate and say maybe I got the wrong items from this place and give 2 stars here. I think if I got a regular burger instead of the Smashburger, it would have been fine. But it's an oversized smash burger that's exceeding the size of the bun. I really like smash burgers and I feel if they just took their burger and split it in half, and made two smash burgers, it'd fit the bun and be more enjoyable. My guess is they don't do this because it's just an already shaped 6 or 8 oz patty, but I wasn't expecting that.
But that's not the whole reason or even the biggest reason this is a 2 star. DO NOT get the Mac and Cheese. I get why they don't have it listed as a side. I got it and it looked and tasted like a curdled mess. Overload on cream cheese? mess and just a complete pass.
I want to give it an honest try on other items, but based on this experience... I'd pass on this."

"First time ordering. The fries do not taste fresh and they did arrive hot. I could taste the oil when I bit into it. The bacon burger sliders were solid (I personally think I should have ordered them more well done, as they arrived very pink). They were a Good portion size though. Spice beware of the chicken sliders. Tasty but spicy. The chicken was too/over fried and tasted similar to jerky. The rolls on each could have been warmer/toastier, but that's just my preference. They were on the sandwich as if they just took them out of the bag and plopped the food in there."

"Order was incorrect 3 separate times.
Wings - 0 stars. Inedible. Legitimately grocery store frozen nuggets doused in syrupy buffalo sauce. They were inedibley soggy either because they were cooked in a microwaved or were sitting in a bath of buffalo sauce long before they reached us
Onion rings - 1 stars. Very undercooked. On the outside they were hot, the onions on the inside were almost raw
Seasoned sweet potato fries - 1 star. Soggy with seasoning piled only on the top
Burgers - 3 stars. Good but nothing more than a normal patty with dolled up toppings. Definitely the highlight of the meal but absolutely not worth $20 per burger."
"I paid $25 for a burger with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, garlic ailoli, sauteed onions and avacado. This did not come with a side.
Burger showed up with wrong cheese, pickles and the bottom of the bun was completely soggy. A good kitchen will know to put condiments on the side to prevent this especially on a delivery order.
Fries ($8) were stale and cauliflower ($15) appeared to be fried in old oil. I won't be doing this again."
