"It took nearly an hour for them to make a pepperoni Create Your Own Pizza (Extra Large 16") and Classic Wings (12 Piece). Ordered around 4:55pm, arrived to pick up at 5:25pm, was told the order was not ready and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes in the restaurant for the food. Finally left at 5:45pm. It was a busy Friday night, but I also saw families come in and order pizza and receive their food in the 20 minutes I was in the store waiting for mine. I can't imagine how frustrating it would have been if a Dasher had to wait that long for an order and lose out on valuable time when they could be picking up other orders. The food was fine, albeit overpriced for the amount. In the future we will stick to ordering from Long Island Mike's for better pizza, prices, and customer service."
