"This is my second time coming here because I really wanted to give it a fair shot—it’s one of the only spots in San Francisco that makes shrimp ceviche like this. Unfortunately, it just didn’t live up to expectations again.
The customer service continues to be a major downside. The person at the register comes off as rude and standoffish, which immediately sets a negative tone for the whole experience.
As for the food, the shrimp ceviche is decent, but the portions are underwhelming for the price. For what you spend, you’d expect something more satisfying.
Honestly, I’d rather drive out to San Jose and spend the same amount of money for better portions and a more enjoyable experience overall."
