"We have ordered from this restaurant many times and been more than happy with the delicious food we have received. However, this time, my burger bun was hard, and I had paid for an upgrade to the cheesy hash browns which was an extremely small portion in comparison to the normal portion of fries you get. I kind of wished I had just stuck with the fries which are a bigger portion, typically.
My fiance had the brisket dip, which he really likes, but his fries were pretty much raw as you can see in the picture. There is no brown on them at all.
Like I said, typically the food from here is amazing and very tasty, even with the fact that it's in lino lakes it shows up hot, fresh, and delicious every time. This time, however, my burger was hard and cold and the sides on both meals we're not what we were hoping for."

"wow this has really gone downhill. where's the beef used to be for their competitors.Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger had a tiny inch long at best piece of bacon and was more shredded lettuce than meat. the Spicy Chicken Sandwich was fine, but the only thing of substance was the pile of shredded lettuce. the Caramel Crunch Vanilla Frosty Fusion™ was awful. the caramel was all at the bottom and the"toffee" was all on top. hadn't ordered from here in a while and now i remember why. food is food but boy this was nothing worth waiting or paying for."
