"HOLY COW IS THE FOOD AMAZING!!! The Pabellon is huge (I got it fried). Like the size of a nice burger big. I have small hands, but I had to use both to eat this. It is also STUFFED full of shredded beef, beans, cheese and my favorite-sweet plantains. It's super savory with just a hint of sweetness. Did I mention it was completely stuffed?
The chicken and cheese empanada was again stuffed full of pulled chicken and cheese. The dough is so delicate and flaky and was fresh-important since it's fried.
I rounded out my taste fest with mini guava and cheese empanadas. Perfectly bite sized, super flaky, dusted with a bit of powdered sugar and again fully stuffed. I was a bit hesitant because of the cheese aspect but it really rounded out the flavor of the guava.
