"This was our third time here, and the food has been pretty good. The timing on the other hand is not great, as we still waited 10 mins after the app said our order was ready to get our food (2 meals with 2 sliders & a side each). Once we received our food, we were glad we double-checked because the side we substituted (for a $2.50 up charge) was wrong. When I let the staff know, they took my food back & switched the side - not sure what they did with the fries, but I really hope they didn't get given to another customer. As someone who has worked in multiple food establishments, I would not have taken the food back into the prep area to avoid cross contamination."
