"The mashed potatoes were extremely bland, dry and awful; the fries weren't awful; they were crispy but under-seasoned. The gravy was meh.. Not great but not awful. The Country Fried Steak itself, was good, but could have been better.
The loaded hashbrown casserole, I think, was the only things I very much, enjoyed. It had good flavor and tasted really nicely done. But sadly, everything else was awful.
The mashed potatoes, like I said, were dry, bland and honestly tasted old and not fresh at all.
Ultimately, super disappointed. I used to really enjoy cracker barrel, but it seems the food quality isn't very good. For $20 a meal, I expected better. I couldn't really tolerate what I ate, and my father wasn't too thrilled with his, either. (We got the same thing, except he got a loaded baked potato instead of the hashbrown casserole)

I called them directly and they told me they canceled that order because they were out of a certain item. Instead of proactively, calling me to see if I wanted an exchange, they canceled. When I told them that I wanted the alternative item, they made the driver wait 30 minutes for my food, even though they told him it would only take 10 to 15 minutes. What should have been a late lunch around 2:30 turned out to be an early supper around 4 PM. We are disappointed in their customer service.

"Tortillas are handmade thats my 3 stars. I love tacos de tripa but it did have no flavor i had to add salt, plus a very small portion of tripa, not worth the $20 i paid for this. Might try it again but I think we need to be more conscious with people for the price ($12)for 3 tacos only. "

"Ive been waiting for them to open this location sincethe sign first went up. We went on opening day before they moved to DD and ordered today using DD. Both times we were impressed. Sundays order was tacos with a very delicious Tres Leches cake. Today was beef FLAUTAS (4) with some rice and beans. They were delicious and surprisingly moist. As a sailor stationed in San Diego back-in the day we had a go to called Aldeburtos on Rosecrans St. el Tony's flautas brought back those fond memories. Now if Icould just get a carne asada burrito with just carne and pico. No rice no cheese no nothing else. MEAT and pico that's it. I'll pay the up charge!!!! "
