"The Small Cacoila Sandwich was huge! It was delicious and that Azorean flavor I was looking for. A lot of places in the city dont make it quite right. I would however get the bread on the side next time there was so much meat it got a little soggy. I also got a small Steak Sandwich which also for the price $8, was a great value. My only minor complaint was part of my steak was just a tad too tough, however that seems to be how every portuguese spot does there steak around here. Overall a great value and a lot of food for leftovers. Will definitely make this a regular spot to order from! "

"Cacoila sandwiches don't come with red pepper strips, you have to pay extra for them, but the only option on the menu is to add banana peppers, so I'm not sure how to add and pay for red pepper strips. Their food is always delicious though. I haven't had one thing from here that I haven't enjoyed. I wish GHub had the Avo's Steak Aioli Sandwich on the menu, because I prefer to order over there. "The burger was very bland. The piece of Swiss cheese must have been super thin because it was barely there. The picture shows lettuce and tomato on it but I guess that is something you need to request because it didn't come with it and it doesn't tell you that. And it also doesn't say it comes with fries which also tasted awful so I had bought onion rings on the side. Those were good but given an option to switch them would have been nice. A very expensive $45 meal that wasn't worth it in my opinion."

"I had stayed away from this restaurant for a while because they have kids in the kitchen and the food was awful when I noticed that they were back on DoorDash I opted to give them a try by ordering something as simple as a Portuguese steak sandwich and french fries they're back to using their 5 oz Delmonico's for the steak it was cooked perfectly absolutely fantastic and then I saw swordfish tips with shrimp Mozambique so I decided to get that last night It was absolutely amazing! I'm not sure if the old man is back cooking in the kitchen but both orders were absolutely fantastic and because I live so close they were hot which made it even better The size of the swordfish tips were crazy huge The shrimp was cooked to perfection and I had chosen not to get french fries and just eat the rice even the rice was good I'm glad that the food was good and I only hope that the owner is back in the kitchen cooking because those kids nearly lost his business for him they're lousy they cannot cook Portuguese food"
