"We had ordered biryani for a x'mas event. Their Chicken Dum Biryani was very flavourful and my family and friends enjoyed the food. Their portions were very generous and their Pepper Chicken (16 oz) was yummy as well. Highly recommended if you are planning for an event or a mini party. The food is good and the staff are extremely friendly. Glad to have found this place!

"A small South Indian restaurant that amazed me!
The most amazing dosa in town! If you like the Indian taste and want to spice things up, ask him for the special gunpowder. The chutney and sambhar equally matchup to the dosa and overall a perfect crisp delight!
We ordered chicken 65 as appetizer followed by two different dosa, one Mysore Masala Dosa.
Best kothu parota ever I had.
Although a small kitchen, the ingredients used to cook the food are fresh, good quality and the chef does a fantastic job in balancing numerous spices.
What I like the most about this restaurant is most of the food is made to order so it will take time from order to completion so I suggest order before you leave home, it is worth it.
The chef has magic in his hands.
Very kind and polite and friendly person.
I LOVE this small little place"

"Enjoyed the Haddock with Chips & Gravy on the side. The fish was a good size piece & had a nice breaded coating. "The Deluxe Combo is absolutely good. Feels very home made and brought back the taste of my food back home. Kottayam Style Cusine done right ! I ordered from here when I was sick and nothing helps you heal faster than getting good food as you would have it back home when you're sick . The Fish Curry was lovely. The Pork Fry even better. The vegetarian dishes was something I've never had for a long time now and honestly it felt like I was back home all over again . Absolute sensation. Much appreciated . Whoever reads this from the restaurant , Thank you a million times :) "
"The portion size is really less and the packaging was not great as it leaked the oil from the food. The beef peace's were just very few which is not acceptable at all for the prize they charge. Taste is not so bad. I wouldn't order again as it's so expensive and is not worth for this small portion "

"One of best places to order!! The whole fired fish w/ white rice + the grilled chicken w/ rice & beans, sweet platanos are both some of my top dishes favorite dishes, period. The seasoning, the cook of the proteins, and the quantity are consistently on point. I love the freshness of the avocado salad that comes w/both those dishes. Only once the salad was just ok, but every other time it's truly sooo delicious. I would eat here every week if I could!! Excitedly awaiting my next order!"
"Gallo pinto, sweetened plantains, and fried cheese were amazing. Avocado salad was very good. Carne asada could be better. Taste was fine, but meat was very tough and dry. Not sure if it was supposed to be like that. Fried cassava was ok, nothing special. Portion is good, and staff was accommodating a substitution request, which is hugely appreciated."

"Just blown away by how good the beef Beef Tehari was! exceeded expectations. just one feedback: perhaps they can cut back down a bit on the amount of whole peppercorns in the dish. otherwise, just perfect. huge quantity and was very filling."
"I had a very disappointing experience with the Mutton Kacchi Biryani. The rice was dry and lacked flavor, while the mutton was tough, chewy, and seemed undercooked. There was barely any aroma of authentic spices, and the portion size didn't justify the price. The food tasted stale, as if it had been reheated. Overall, it was one of the worst biryani experiences I've had, and I wouldn't recommend it or order it again."

"Big fan of Madras Masala. I've always loved their meat dishes so when I got a DoorDash 40%, decided to go mad ordering things from them! Loved the Lamb Hyderabadi -- it is succulent and delicious. They were also nice enough to actually give me an extra container of the curry because I'd requested it. Same goes for the Coconut Milk Mutton Biryani -- so yummy! You'd think they'd taste the same since both have more or less the same condiments. But holy wow! So different but so good! Now regretting not ordering the rava kesari to finish it all off! "
"We really enjoyed Madras Masala. The portions were generous. Their channa masala is perfectly spiced and delicious. They were very thoughtful of dietary restrictions. And the food arrived piping hot. Will definitely add them to our regular rotation. This is our new go-to for South Indian in the city! "

"Muttom Bucket Biriyani...🥹😭❤️🔥 always consistent value for money and this dish is their best! The only place whose biriyani has that subtle aroma of spices and ghee; takes one back home to functions at home! Mutton Bucket Biriyani...taste, quantity, quality...always consistent with any item and this one is the king of all their items! 🥹😭❤️🔥"
"Hi Kairali team, I’m a regular customer and have ordered from you many times this month and last month. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with today’s order.
When I received the Beef Bucket Biryani, the lid was already open and I couldn’t close the box properly. More importantly, there were not enough beef pieces. Instead, I received two boiled eggs. I appreciate the gesture, but I paid for **Beef Bucket Biryani, not Egg Biryani**, so I expected a reasonable amount of beef for the price I paid.
I’ve been a regular customer because I enjoy your food, so I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously. Please make sure the packaging is properly sealed and provide enough **tender beef pieces** in future orders. I would really appreciate maintaining the quality and quantity that regular customers expect.
Thank you."

"The Chef's Pad Thai is unrivaled. It is always a special treat for myself when I order it. So full of rich flavour and I like it on the very spicy side. Wish the portions were as they were not long ago, but alas, they are much smaller. Everything is shrinking except the cost. BUT, in this case, it is worth it. I've enjoyed everything I have ordered from this restaurant. They are also most accommodating."
"Pai is pretty consistent and we enjoyed as always but don't let the attention to detail slip, Pai. Why are you sending unrefrigerated Thai Iced Tea at $7 each? "Used to order from C'est Bon regularly, but haven't for a while now. Decided to order from them again, and was disappointed. I ordered the Beef and Broccoli, and it was sadly, tasteless. "My friend told me this place has the best friend chicken in the area, and they weren't lying. The chicken is juicy and the breading is crispy but not dry. It is real chicken, none of that fake compressed meat goo.
I love the onion rings, but I had the potato wedges this time and I am in love. The portions are also quite nicely sized, I struggle to finish it all."

"Usually every is great. Wings that I ordered still piping hot and very tasty. Fries might have been sitting a bit. Not as fresh.
4 of 5 stars for not having my deliver tightly secured. Probably cause the bag used was a bit too small for the order. So, when I received my order, the bag was already opened.
