The bed of rice was perfectly cooked, with a buttery hint for flavour. There were very generous portions of lamb and chicken, seasoned generously and incredibly succulent.
I topped mine off with the white sauce and the hot sauce, which perfectly complemented the meats. The depth of smoky flavour and the bold kick in the hot sauce make it clear that this is not your run-of-the-mill bottled premade sauce.
