6. I paid extra for toast (one small slice for $3.00) and Hollandaise.
7. Overall, terrible value. Seems the restaurant staff take no pride in their work (although this could come from management).

Farming methods in Guji remain largely traditional with most farms organic by default. Few steps are mechanized, even during processing. Coffee is typically intercropped with beans, peas and enset (a wild African banana relative used in porridge and bread).
