It's a fresh clear broth soup- you can clearly taste the bok choy in it and I loveee bok choy. It's definitely different from the American chinese style wonton soups which I'm usually not a fan of bc they're too salty and artificial. This wonton soup is also a big portion, at least for me. I got full half way but I was determined to finish it while it was fresh and hot so I did hehe. 10/10 recommend. The Garlic Chicken Wings / 蒜香雞翼 were good and tender as well. "The Bourbon chicken is WAYYY better than the competition. I didn't know that China Max was the old Little Toyko, which I always preferred over Cajun Cafe. "I ordered the 93. Singapore Chow Mai Fun and it was gross. No shrimp, light on meat in general, and it had an abundance of this limp frothy scrambled egg that was cold instead an egg fried in with the mai fun. The whole dish was greasy too. I ended up throwing it out. I have had this dish from many restaurants and I've always considered it a safe bet but sadly not this time. "

"The Chicken Thukpa was incredible. First time having Thukpa and it live up. Bright, herbaceous, zingy and a bit earthy with a really smooth finish. "They did not follow directions. I asked for no broccoli with sesame chicken and they gave it anyways. The Mongolian beef is way overcooked and is nasty. The chocolate cake came with strawberry sauce and they didn't put a lid on it and it soaked the cake and I was not even going to use the sauce as I don't like it and now the cake is all soggy.
